Covers are removable for cleaning. To maintain the beauty of the silk and extend its lifespan, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Gentle care will help preserve the fabric's texture, color, and natural luster for years to come.

Beautiful silk Color deep and saturated.
Lovely, high-quality meditation set-- a totally worthwhile investment for anyone who has a regular practice. Very comfortable and supportive; I used this right away and it feels like it should. The fabric is a deep, rich red and looks like it will be durable. Only two minor quibbles-- I wish the zafu cushion cover had a hidden zipper and that the brand tag was a little less conspicuous but overall I am very happy and wish this artisan all success.

Ordering form an artist is a whole different experience than from a store! As an artisan I understand the minutia weavers, painters and seamstresses traverses to bring their art to the people- wearing many 'hats', often in the name of passion. What you see, is a portion of the work. I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to support the community of Sitasana- of artist, and those she supports by ordering and implementing natural material to create with. This is a chain of beauty unfolding. The cushion is firm, and exquisite. The zipper is strong and well placed. The cushion is light and compact. I highly recommend Sitasana. (I appreciated that the cushion was shipped in a cardboard box, but wish it had been wrapped in paper or something else biodegradable, rather than plastic.)
