Our round zafu is filled with organic buckwheat hulls, which naturally contour to your body and provide the firm, stable lift needed for comfortable seated meditation. The elevated position helps align the hips and spine, making longer sits far more sustainable.

The Zabuton

The square zabuton cushions your knees, ankles, and shins — the areas that need support most during floor sitting. Paired with the zafu, it transforms any floor into a proper meditation seat.
